I made these exactly as directed, and they turned out great! I was looking for a more Chinese Kebab Recipe, since most other recipes go over the top with ingredients and seem to overpower. I just had the Best Chinese Kebab Recipe I've ever had. These were comparable!.All my family ate them up!

Wow i love kababs when i was in school my mother used to put it in lunch box...it has reminded me those days...
