Ingredients
  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. Bread (soaked) 2 slices
  3. Capsicums (cut in cubes) 2
  4. Onion (cut in cubes) 2
  5. Green chilli (cut in long strips) 4
  6. Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  7. Soya sauce 1 tbsp + 1/2 cup
  8. Crushed black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  11. Salt 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil 4 tbsp
Method
  • Blend mince and bread in blender. Add ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp soya sauce and salt and mix.
  • - Wet your palms and make small, long kebabs and set aside.
  • - Heat oil in a wok and fry kebabs till golden. Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
  • - Add remaining black pepper, salt, 1/2 cup soya sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup, and stir it. Remove from flame after 1 minute.

I want to make chinese kabab but I think there is some mistake in this recipe because it’s a chinese dish and I never see chinese salt in this recipe.

I made these exactly as directed, and they turned out great! I was looking for a more Chinese Kebab Recipe, since most other recipes go over the top with ingredients and seem to overpower. I just had the Best Chinese Kebab Recipe I've ever had. These were comparable!.All my family ate them up!
