THE GREATER THE POWER THE MORE DANGEROUS THE ABUSE

In this beautiful world, human beings are the most beautiful creation of Allah and in this great wide world all men and women have some authority according to their roles, responsibilities, psychology or mindset. As we know that great power comes with greater responsibility so, all the individuals who have power and authority are bound to play their roles and responsibilities ethically but in our world, most of the sectors and individuals abuse or misuse their authority.

The rate of abusing of authority is increasing day by day in all sectors of the worldand this is creating further problems in the workplace such as stress. Mostly higher class people misused the power of their authority, they just wanted to show their powers not the magical powers like superheroes but they just showoff that how much powerful they are than others, what they can do while sitting in their rooms just by giving order to our lowest class people. They just treated the lower class like a slave. They usually target those who are weak enough to fear that if they don’t join in, they will be the next victims, and they force them to do what they are saying otherwise they have to sacrifice the thing closest to their hearts.

According to a VitalSmarts study on workplace bullying, 96% of employees say we’ve experienced it, and 54% of bullies have been at it for years. If you are part of that 96%, you know it hurts, it harms, and it leaves a permanent impression in a person mind and everyone knows that the wounds not always heal.Abusive people gain and maintain power over their victim with controlling or coercive behavior, and proceed to subject that person to psychological, physical, sexual or financial abuse. As we have seen from the media coverage of high-profile cases, abuse can go on for years, often ignored, and worse encouraged by those who surround the abuser. Inaction to stop abuse is a form of abuse itself.

In educational sectors the rate of abusing of power is increasing the individuals who have power are doing favoritism, abusing and harassing the students. Here’s the recent example of the most reputable university which is present in Karachi, Pakistan is involving in harassing the female students done by their management. Not only in educational sector, there are so many sectors where the individuals are not using their power properly or misuse their powers like in offices, firms, society, governmental sectors etc.

As you can see or heard that there are so many universities who are taking a heavy amount of fees from their students but they does not provide facilities to their students properly and same situation goes in firms that the management is taking too much work from their employees and didn’t give salaries according their work and expectations.

Police officers or any other powerful authority abuse the power that they have. Police brutality occurs when an officer uses “extreme physical force, verbal attacks, and threats” against a person without a fair reason for doing so.

Adolf Hitler is known to be one of the “greatest” leaders in history who had abused his powers and had shattered his country apart. Hitler abused his powers because of his greedy ego and because of his narcissism. It all became with Hitler organizing a party called the National Socialist, most popularly known as the Nazi Party. The rise of the Nazi Party was the thing that led to the start of Hitler’s rein and his abuse of power. The Nazi Party eventually led Adolf Hitler to come to rule and had given Hitler the chance to take control the entire nation. Surprisingly, Hitler came to power legally through the success of his book Mein Kempt (My Struggle) which he wrote in prison.

According to a study carried out in 2009 by Human Rights Watch, it is estimated that between 20 and 30 percent of women in Pakistan have suffered some form of abuse. An estimated 5000 women are killed per year from domestic violence, with thousands of others maimed or disabled. Women have reported attacks ranging from physical to psychological and sexual abuse from intimate partners. Many people died because of raising voice for their justice.

Like Hitler there are so many people who misuse their power but in this world there are also many examples of those legendries thatuse their powers ethically and make this world a better place.

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the best example, who gives independence to the Muslims by using their power in a right manner. The government of China is using their power ethically or in a right manner and make their country number 1 through legal and technological advancement and give facilities to their residents to start their businesses at home.
As if China can make their economy so good by using powers and authority ethically so why can’t Pakistan do that. Why Pakistan is ranked as the third most dangerous country in the world just because of those unethical people or abusers they whole economy of Pakistan is suffering. People were afraid to raise voice for the injustice occurs to them but now the present government of Pakistan is also understanding their responsibilities and using their powers ethically and takes initiatives to make Pakistan and its currency better.
