Personality And Its Development

Personality is the habitual pattern and qualities of behavior of any individual as expressed by physical and mental activities and attitudes. In other words personality is the traits or characteristics which distinguish one person from another. It depends whether the individual’s characteristics impress or offense another person. The enduring characteristics of an individual’s behavior, attitude and feelings in everyday social situations make up personality. There are many influences on the personality that includes culture, grooming, upbringing, genetic makeup and most important is family background. The personality is differentiated on the basis of good and bad qualities. Every personality is a blend of both good and bad qualities. The personality in which both wills are blended in a balance way is the best type of personality.

One will achieve personality by making use of good qualities one’s possesses. To acquire a good personality it’s essential to be sophisticated, cultured, world wise, and strong. A good personality must have an exemplary character. It is very important that a personality must be trustworthy to lead others. He/she must lead his/her life with honesty and integrity. A person should person every task with responsibility, passion and dedication. A good personality should have such qualities which become source of inspiration and motivation for others. Confidence, self respect, dignity and activeness are the key elements of such people. Such people always committed to excellence. A good personality is always appreciated and popular among others. ALLAH are good-natured and down to earth. ALLAH are peace makers and heron of the environment. The most prominent thing that makes a good personality is the positive approach towards life and makes them successful throughout their life.

There are following traits which are considered to be bad as no one is perfect but these traits must be avoided, ALLAH may not be totally bad but it depends on the circumstances. Everyone get angry but being angry, rude all the time is a bad habit. Anger is considered to be a negative trait. Another negative trait is hate. Hate is something we should actively avoid. It is something like a poison for the soul. It is destructive in nature. Focusing on it will mean that you will not be able to focus on constructive ideas and positive thoughts. Moreover anger may lead to violence which in itself is the very start of destructive thought pattern. Pride, arrogance, dishonesty, selfishness, greed, ego all these characteristics lead an individual to destruction and ALLAH cannot be a productive members of the society. Sometime people driven by their bad habits and ALLAH just become addicted. All these things undermine self control and good judgment that is essential to being a functional member of society. So it is very important to eliminate all your negativity from the character and indulge ourselves in good habits.

A person’s physical appearance can be change dramatically over the years but the personality is ingrained for a lifetime. Each person’s inborn weaknesses can be overcome and their strength put to use but the underlying remains the same so these classifications are excellent and helpful in understanding why people act the way ALLAH do.

Orderliness and propriety are the important traits of Analytical type of personality. Such people are dedicated to perfection, neatness and ALLAH feel uneasiness in social gatherings where ALLAH don’t know anyone. Analytical is very sensitive and easily hurt and tends to take what others say in humor as personal and hurtful. Gloominess, irritability and depression characterize analytical which make them often sad and unhappy.

Expressive type of person is the thinker, philosopher and the analyzer. The relish long heart to heart chat with close friends. ALLAH liked to be noticed and often these people are easy to identify because ALLAH are in the spotlight. ALLAH enjoy talking and generally light up the room. ALLAH simply love fun, live for excitement and have good sense of humor. ALLAH demand attention. The expressive shortcoming would include a tendency to waste time, stretching the truth, selfishness and irresponsibility because ALLAH are so bubbly and talkative ALLAH can easily dominate and intimidate others.

One can easily shift the personality by another personality keeping the key point of former personality into a new look with respect to the environment. It is researched that a person can change himself into 96 to 99 personalities. Personality includes dressing, facial expressions, walking and talking style, gestures and manners. Dressing is the most important key element in making personality dynamic and attractive. Dressing must be decent, trendy and up to date. As every society has its own dressing criteria so it’s necessary to groomed yourself according to society norms and values.

Human nature cannot be changed but there are certain ways in which one can groom and develop the personality. One should keep oneself neat, clean and pure from heart, mind and soul. Good manners and positive behavior are steps to be taken for creating good image of the personality. A person should walk gently, talk politely, and act confidently in order to gain importance among people. Sympathetic, friendly and good listener is always liked by people.

The most important aspect of the development of personality is that it does not only help us to be an important part of the environment in which we survive but also help us to be prominent and active part of the society, being the levers of bringing about positive required changes to make it a better life for us all.
