My country is my garden. And
the children are the beautiful flowers of this garden .I wish that every flower
of my garden should be scented with the fragrance of education. Education is not
only the right of a child but also the privilege of a child. Educational
deprivation in children is a painful tragedy. Individuals as well as nations
cannot be survived after snatching this right from children.
It is said that child is a central axle of a nation .So it is our strict
obligation to educate every child because every child is a basic brick of
national building.
Here the question rises why? Why the children are so much important? Above all,
why the education is inevitable for children???
Answer is very clear, simple and short.”Children are the trust of a nation, so
we should be trustee and their rights should be delivered to them”.
Once devil held the meeting of his followers .He asked them about their daily
deeds .The chief workers were sitting on front seats others have back seats
.Devil asked one of his commanders ,”What did you do today”? He replied proudly
that I excited a person he him “sit down “.The second commander told that I
tried to make a quarrel between brothers and succeeded .Satan said “Sit remained
continued. At last a little follower told that I deceived a child and set his
mind that there is no need to go to school child did not go to school”.
The Satan come to him and embraced him. The Satan honored him and awarded a
crown for this deed.
This example shows that illiteracy and depriving the education from children is
a greatest loss .To seek knowledge is a basic duty of every Muslim .The Holy
Prophet (SAW) said that seek knowledge though you may have to go to China. One
can only recognize his Creator after having knowledge.
Blind and clear sighted not equal .The best trust that is given to a child by
parents is” Better teaching and training”.
The brilliant children of my dear homeland who are although facing a lot of
problems in seeking knowledge but they have lit the torch of knowledge.
I pay homage to those teachers and parents who are struggling hard and giving
the first and foremost rights of children to them.
