3- Bathing small night save time in the morning and go to sleep allow clean
after an afternoon of games.
4- Keep the phone on silent mode around early in the morning, if you get some
free minutes can answer the mails, Facebook, Twitter and everything else.
5- No need to clean up the mess in the morning, because nobody going to notice
it.
6- Take advantage of the Internet; try to pay bills or other payments online as
much as possible and avoid to visit bank often for little concerns.
Tips to reduce stress
1- It is important to learn working in a group as you cannot do everything
yourself. It will help you saving time and stress.
2- It is also important to learn saying “No” to unimportant work, if you're
already too much stressed.
3- If you are stressed, you can ask your boss if can make a flexible schedule,
it can sometimes reduce the salary but can be beneficial for the family.
Tips to find time for themselves
Often, the mothers take care of everything around them as work, children,
family, pets, and parents without concerning themselves. However, this is
important to find some time for themselves, because if a mother is not well, can
affects the rest of the stuff. In general, children perceive that a mother is
not happy, and therefore they feel less happy. Mothers must guard and give time
to themselves, to avoid further problems.
There is nothing wrong doing a little exercise, take a proper nap or visit to
some spa or saloons to get face or body massage. In this way they can be
relaxed, energetic and happy mothers.

Breastfeeding Tips
If you want to continue to breastfeed the baby even you are at your working
place, you must speak about it to your boss or to colleagues at workplace. You
can ask for a clean private room to use the pump. It is important you explain to
the employer that how necessary it is for you, and the benefits it has for the
baby.
In general, you need a break of 20 minutes after every four hours. Hopefully,
these tips will prove you best managing work as well as home in a better way.
