Karachi has become the king of trash heaps.The heaps of garbage,stinking gutters and unswept streets are the distinctive features of karachi and these heaps keep lying for a long time in streets which give out such a bad smell that one can not pass them.Even the files and mosquitoes breed and grow freely as the garbage situation of karachi is growing worse day by day so the piles of garbage littering almost entire karachi are not only annoying residents but also becoming cause of different diseases.
As the city produces over 12000 tonnes of garbage every day of this only 4000 tonnes ends up at landfill sites and the rest of it burned at empty plots,grounds,parks and road sides.But garbage still piles at the streets unless a proper system of garbage disposal and recycling is not take place and it seems that garbage in karachi takes a horrible situation day by day like accumulation of garbage in absence of an effective disposal system has become a serious health hazard creating numerous infections and other diseases in certain parts of the city.
As compare to other cities of the world road streets are consider as the source of beauty of their city and they take very good care of their city beauty and cleanness just for the sake of their city name but perhaps the situation of karachi seems to be opposite like several areas already lack proper facilities for the collection and lifting of garbage resulting in insanitary conditions quite visible in almost all the localities of each town.
There is no administration,no one is taking serious action to solve the problem at all and because of this citizens of karachi are really frustrated and they need some solution for this problem so government should look into the matter and take some proper steps to make karachi clean and beautiful and it is also the duty of each and every citizen of karachi to follow the rules like don't through the garbage on roads because this is our beautiful city and we have to take it on the peek of success and this could be only possible when we all will be unite in a true manner because stop thinking about what will happen and start thinking about what you can do.
