BLACKMAILING TACTISES OF HEC AND ITS OFFICERS/OFFICIALS

This is an application sent to Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan to direct Chairman HEC to act in accordance with law and not to take self-respect of the students just for the sake of money. The application runs as follows:-

Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan,
Islamabad.

I am regretted to say we the simple graduate ladies who recently passed their Graduation from the University of Punjab and other Universities of Pakistan. The Chairman HEC Islamabad has created a very long form for attestation of B.A. Result Intimation Card which takes almost two to three days for completion. The students who hail from Rural Area are being teased by the staff of HEC. They are receiving a sum of Rs. 800/- per document as a legal fee. But as ill-gratification they are demanding thousands of rupee per head. A female student is made to sit for hours and hours along with computer operator of the choice of HEC and its officers. Who demand typing charges in thousands of rupees. If you endeavor to fill the said prolong form for attestation yourself , it would take almost three days. Sometime website of HEC is disturbed with mala fide intention just to tease the students making them to pay huge amount to the favorites of HEC Staff and officers. Chairman HEC is burdening the students of the work which HIS employees should do. HEC IS receiving a sum of Rs. 800/- per paper attestation illegally, unfairly and without any basis. Those computer based forms take almost 36 hours to be completed and students are teaming for solution of their problems in front of one window or the other in HEC. One who fills the forms in almost two/THREE days prosecution/efforts, HEC staff say simply that print is not being carried out till a message is received from HEC. Subhan Allah what the Chairman talks on T.V. Shows and what is his performance. We are regular student of Government Degree College affiliated with University of Punjab Lahore. A non-issue has become an issue. We are wondering for last many days to get attest our B.A. Result Card. Now we are bona fide students of International Islamic University Islamabad (LL.B). Why HEC is asking the question regarding whole of our family members and even it is asked from students whether they are divorcee or widower and such like things are not expected from a person like Chairman HEC. Attestation of B.A. Result Intimation Card duly ATTESTED by the Principal of Government Degree College issued in original by University of Punjab does not mean to answer hundred of irrelevant and uncalled for questions put in HEC forms. Think about it, otherwise the matter might be brought before the august Supreme Court of Pakistan and surely before the Islamabad High Court. This is fraud with the students who are out to change this tap-ism. Students are being looted by all big-wigs in the helm of authority. May Allah bless you all. I know many of my University fellows who hails from rural areas and are wondering here and there for attestation of their B.A. and OTHER DECREES AND CERTIFICATES. Kindly be a God-fearing person. Students are saying that the person who was much honored in the society is doing worse to them that is Chairman HEC. Such like things are causes for fall of Mian Nawaz Sharif Ex-P.M. It is not a job of HEC to investigate each and every thing from the student just to create their data bank.

Many of the students with tears came to me to bring a petition. This is PIL. Kindly take necessary action against HEC and its Chairman. As on the one hand, the concerned Universities are pressing hard for submission of attested copies from HEC . But HEC directs students to first create their account on their website. Each and every information regarding parents. Students are being asked wholly irrelevant question whether she is divorcee or widow. Kindly summon the form which is not printable comprising of dozens of pages. HEC staff is asking the girls/students to wait till we send you a message than the form would be printed out.
