What is EOBI?
EOBI means Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution. The government designed it to provide retirement pension and financial help to employees and for the one who need it. EOBI registration mostly benefits private-sector workers registered by their companies.

Visit www.eobi.gov.pk.
Click on ' Employer Registration' for Businesses.
Companies have to first register by completing the requisite forms and supplying business information.
Employee Enrollments
Employers can include employees via their EOBI portal using each employee's CNIC, job position, and date of joining once the business is registered.
Filing of Documentation
To authenticate data, employers could have to supply scanned copies of employee employment letters and CNICs.

EOBI Registration Qualification

A person must be a private sector employee for at least 15 years.
A person will be eligible for an EOBI pension if he is working in a private company where at least 5 employees are working.
