Surah Yaseen
This Surah is known as the heart of the Holy Quran. it is the 36th chapter of the Quran which contains 83 verses and 5 rukus. It placed in the Quran in Juz 22 and Juz 23. It’s a Makki surah because like other Makki Surahs it also talks about Tawheed al-uloohiyyah and Tawheed al-rububiyyah which means the Oneness of Allah and of His Lordship and the penalty for the individuals who will not acknowledge in that. This chapter highlights the Holy Quran coming from the divine source. It closes with a contention preferring Allah's sovereign force and the presence of resurrection.
Surah Yaseen is termed as the most important of Surah after Surah Al-Fatiha because it describes a picture of the beliefs and put into practices of Islam. The Verses 1-32 of Surah sum up that the Quran is filled with knowledge and it describes such people unlucky who cannot get an advantage from it. The verses from 33 to 50 of Surah emphasize the several signs of God in nature and revelation. However, the last verses from 51 to 83 describe the hereafter and resurrection.

Sunan Abu Dawood Hadith number 3121, Narrated Maqil ibn Yasar: The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: Recite Surah Ya-Sin over your dying men.
Jami at Tirmidhi hadith number 2887, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed for everything, there is a heart, and the Qur'an's heart is Ya Sin. Whoever recites Ya Sin, then for its recitation, Allah writes for him that he recited the Qur'an ten times.
Reported by Harith bin Abu Umama that whoever recites Surah Yaseen, and then if he is in fear, he will gain peace and safety. If he is sick, he will be cured. If he is starved, Allah will nourish him’.
