Baab Libaas Aur Zeenat Ke Ehkaam

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَالْمُعَصْفَرِ وَعَنْ تَخَتُّمِ الذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ قِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآنِ فِي الرُّكُوعِ

Urdu Translation

  نافع نے ابرا ہیم بن عبد اللہ حنین سے انھوں نے اپنے والد سے ، انھوں نے حضرت علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قس ( علاقے ) کے بنے ہو ئے ( ریشمی کپڑے ) اور گیروے رنگ کے کپڑے پہننےسے ، سونے کی انگوٹھی پہننے سے اور رکوع میں قرآن مجید پرھنے سے منع فرما یا ۔

English Translation

Ali b. Abu Talib reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) forbade wearing of silk and yellow clothes, and the gold ring, and the reciting of the Qur'an in the ruku' (state of kneeling in prayer).
