In the verse 98 of Surah Yunus, the story of the people of Prophet Yunus (Peace and Blessings of Allah Be upon Him) is narrated. Surah Yunus ki fazilat is that when they saw it, they believed and repented sincerely, so the torment was taken away from them. It’s also said about Surah Yunus ki fazilat that if a person recites it, he/she will get the reward equal to the number of people who were present in the community of Hazrat Yunus (Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him).
