Time of Eid Prayer?
Eid prayer is mandatory for whom Jumma prayer is wajib, but the time of Eid prayer varies from city to city. Hanafi School of explains the time of Eid prayer is always before noon and performs in the congregation. For Eid prayer, there is no call prayer and Aqama. There is a slight difference in time of Eid prayer of Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha.
According to the reference mentioned in Book Durr-e- Mukhtar, volume 3, and page 60, the Time of Eid prayer is twenty minutes after the dawn and ends before Zawal. This reference clearly explain the time of Eid prayer that is
"The time of the prayers of both Eids starts twenty minutes after daybreak and continues till Niṣf-un-Nahar eShari (Zawal). However, it is better to delay Eid ul Fiṭr Salah and offer Eid-ul-Adha Salah early. (Bahare Shariat, vol. 1, pp. 781; Durr-e-Mukhtar, vol. 3, pp. 60)"
The difference between the time of Eid prayer of both eid is that It is Mustahab to delay in the time of Eid prayer on Eid ul Fitr. However, on Eid ul Adha, it's better to do early in the time of Eid prayer. The time of Eid prayer described in this page is, according to Hanafi.
