When is Eid Ul Adha in Pakistan?

Dhul-Qadah or Zil Hajj is the last month of the Islamic calendar. In this month, Muslims perform Hajj and observe Bakra Eid in the remembrance of Hazrat Ibrahim (Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him) and his son Hazrat Ismail (Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him). They do the sacrificial of animals during the 10th, 11th, and 12th Dhul-Qadah.
The Hijri calendar is 10 to 12 days shorter than the Georgian calendar. It is a reason that each year, Eid ul Adha comes a few days back as compared to the previous year. On the other side, there is also a difference of one to two days in the Islamic dates of different countries.
When talking about the date of Eid ul Adha in Pakistan, it is expected on July 21 (Wednesday). However, the Central Ruet e Hilal Committee will announce the final decision. It is noted that the observance of Eid depends on the moon sighting. However, the Committee decides the gathering and verification of witnesses from all around the country.
