بچے میرے کہتے ہیں کہ گھر لوٹ کے آؤ
میں دوڑتا ہوں درہم ودینار کی جانب
کہنے کو تو کشتی کا وہ مشتاق بڑا تھا
آیا ہے مقدر سے ہی منجدھار کی جانب
ساحل پہ رکھی لاش کو جب غور سے دیکھا
ہاتھ اس نے بڑھا رکھا تھا پتوار کی جانب
یہ عزم فقط دیکھا مسلمان میں صابر
بے خوف وخطر بڑھتا ہے کفار کی جانب
