کہ بابِ اوّل میں زینتِ زیست تھے جو
آخر میں اُن کا نشاں نہ ہو
بھری دنیا میں خوشیوں کی ضمانت ایک عورت ہے
یہ اک انمول موتی ہے اسے رکھو چھپا کر تم
خدا ہی کی عطا کردہ امانت ایک عورت ہے
لطافت اور خوشبو سے ہوئی تخلیق عورت کی
محبت اور نزاکت کی عمارت ایک عورت ہے
تجھے چاہت ہے جنت کی تو دامن تھام لے ماں کا
مجھے ہے فخر جنت کی بشارت ایک عورت ہے
کبھی بارش محبت کی کبھی برکھائیں نفرت کی
بدلتے موسموں کی سی حکایت ایک عورت ہے
گلوں اور پتیوں سے بھی کہیں بڑھ کر یہ نازک ہے
کہا جاتا ہے تصویر نزاکت ایک عورت ہے
محبت کے عناصر اس کی مٹی ہی میں شامل ہیں
