Recipe is good but it would be better if u lay beef mixed with vinegar and pepper about 4 to 6 hours. This will add extra ordinary taste in eating. One thing u did not mention once after all processing done in last when u keep the pot on low flame u must be flapping the pot randomly, so that flour could not be sticked down, that adds smokey smell in nehari.
