We All are prisoner of our limited thoughts!

(Fiza Batool, sukkur)

We revolve around two things first Our intellect second our heart.
The word Intellect in Arabic is (Aql),
The word Heart in Arabic is (qalb),
Have you ever thought which thing is keeping you away from the staright path?
It's your mind which keeps you away from your true self and make you busy in artifical things.Research says about human thoughts per day.It was found that the average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day.We travel everyday in our thoughts which are meant nothing and some thoughts comes repeatdly like crazy which we even don't want to think and makes disorder in our minds. The reality is our most useful thoughts are silent. But in our mind 85% are negative trash thoughts.and we dont throw them away because we are emboged in our thoughts.
As rumi says :
Be empty of worrying.
Think of who created thought!
Why do you stay in prison
When the door is so wide open?
Mawlana Jalal-al-Din Rumi, The Essential Rumi.
But we all have kept our mind in dungeon and lock ourself in sick thoughts.
We have ignored the voice of our hearts and veiled our heart with our purposless thoughts.
A thing is which our mind thinks but our heart already knows it.
In fact,Scentific studies shows that our heart is 60 times stronger than our brain waves.
When prophet ﷺ was asked : What is righteousness? he was said "to consult your heart".
Our heart already knows everything which our mind don't and always shows the straight path, divine path.
As rumi says:Your heart knows the way run in that direction .
Our heart is everything if our heart is covered with sins its means our all body is sick Because sins make our heart black. If our heart is dark then we don't see any light through it. If your heart is polished and pure It will settled with Allah and find his exact place. But if its is settled with the world it will never find rest.
