MODERN DATING IN KARACHI

As it is believed that Karachi is the financial hub of Pakistan, it is going to be considered the modern dating city of Pakistan in nearer future. As it is also the biggest city of Pakistan, people definitely find modern places for dating. Recently two different incidents were seen in Karachi that were not only amazing but also amusing but could be danger for couples’ lives as well as for public.

A relative of mine told me that he was on the way home on his motorbike that he saw a strange incident that he could not believe on his eyes for a moment. A car was slowly running along the road in front of his motorbike that he unintentionally looked at the car. He felt that two people were sitting on the same seat. He added as he went near the car he was amazed to see that a young girl along with her boyfriend was smooching and both of them were unaware of the surroundings whether someone is noticing them, even they felt no danger for possible accident amazingly.

He found the same incident other day but the scene was totally different as a young couple was smooching each other in a rickshaw because rickshaws having doors are running on the roads these days in Karachi. It can be said that more opportunities were being provided to young couples for dating in shape of transport. Even the couple was not ashamed of the rickshaw’s driver who surely would be seeing in the mirror and enjoying their deeds.

Since the media has set free, it has started to spread immoral activities that have dominated youngsters’ minds and they are trying to adopt the same activities. Perhaps, the modern dating can be the reaction of various programs that are aired these days on various TV channels in which famous anchors or hosts are raiding dating places in Karachi so that their deeds can be exposed and stemmed.

In this regard, not only parents need to keep eyes on their children what they are watching on television or internet but also the government should filter adult content on the internet and ban all immoral, porn sites as the youngsters are adopting sexuality and immoral activities whereas they are going away from their education. Also they do not care of their lives and can cause to harm themselves and others. As the couple in the car was smooching each other, they could cause a great accident, killing themselves and public too. Hence, the young generation’s lives be secured and the society be made transparent of any immoral activity.
