Attach required documents:
You need to attach photocopies of your national identity card, prize bond, and a signed receipt to the claim form. The original prize bond must be submitted as well.
Submit the claim form:
You can submit the claim form along with the required documents at any National Savings Center, State Bank of Pakistan or authorized dealer.
Wait for the verification:
Once you have submitted the claim form and required documents, your claim will be verified by National Savings. This process may take some time.
Collect your prize:
