ابھی تو جاگ کے راتیں گزارنا ہوں گی
ترے لیے مجھے ہنس ہنس کے بولنا ہوگا
مرے لیے تجھے زلفیں سنوارنا ہوں گی
تری صدا سے تجھی کو تراشنا ہوگا
ہوا کی چاپ سے شکلیں ابھارنا ہوں گی
ابھی تو تیری طبیعت کو جیتنے کے لیے
دل و نگاہ کی شرطیں بھی ہارنا ہوں گی
ترے وصال کی خواہش کے تیز رنگوں سے
ترے فراق کی صبحیں نکھارنا ہوں گی
