کائنات کے ذرے ذرے میں
بستی ہیں بے قرار روحیں
قبروں سے نکل آئیں ہیں
یارب! یا رب ! سن لے فریاد
کچھ کہتی ہیں تجھ سے
تیری یہ بے قرار روحیں
کوئی غموں سے بوجھل
کوئی دکھوں سے بوجھل
کوئی گناہ سے بوجھل
کوئی ظلم سے بوجھل
کوئی کسی کی یاد میں پاگل
کوئی کسی کی دید میں گھائل
کوئی درد اطفال کو روئے
کوئی اپنے حال کو روئے
کوئی کسی کی دید کو ترسے
اپنوں کی یاد میں تڑپے
ہجر کے ماہ و سال کو روئے
یارب تیری یہ بے قرار روحیں
کیوں پھرے در بدر سوال بن کر
تیری رحمت ہے سب سے بڑھ کر
معاف کر دے ہے ذات تیری عز و جل
