سر پر ہیں خداوند سر عرش خدا ہے
کب تک اسے سینچو گے تمنائے ثمر میں
یہ صبر کا پودا تو نہ پھولا نہ پھلا ہے
ملتا ہے خراج اس کو تری نان جویں سے
ہر بادشہ وقت ترے در کا گدا ہے
ہر ایک عقوبت سے ہے تلخی میں سوا تر
وہ رنگ جو ناکردہ گناہوں کی سزا ہے
احسان لیے کتنے مسیحا نفسوں کے
کیا کیجیے دل کا نہ جلا ہے نہ بجھا ہے
