اب منزلِ گم گشتہ سےکچھ دور نہیں ھوں
لرزیدہ میری لؤ ھے اگر تند ھوا سے
مدھم ھوں ذرا دیر کو بےنور نہیں ھوں
پابند ھے پرواز فقط تیرے افق پر
میں رونقِ افلاک ھوں، محصور نہیں ھوں
مستی کو میری جوڑ نہ پیمانے سے ساقی
وجدان کا اثر ھے، مخمور نہیں ھوں
اقبال کے افکار سے روشن ہیں کئی دیپ
ظلمت ھے سرِ راہ پر مجبور نہیں ھوں
