رنجش دل‘ یک جہاں ویراں کرے گی اے فلک
دشت ساماں ہے غبارِ خاطرِ آزردگاں
فلکِ سفلہ بے محابا ہے
اس ستمگر کو انفعال کہاں؟
پیٹھ محراب کی قبلے کی طرف رہتی ہے
محوِ نسبت ہیں‘ تکلف ہمیں منظور نہیں
وہ دل جوں شمعِ بہرِ دعوت نظارہ لا‘ جس سے
نگہ لب ریزِ اشک و سینہ معمورِ تمنا ہو
ستم کشی کا کیا دل نے حوصلہ پیدا
