سوچ کے گنبد میں ابھری ٹوٹتی یادوں کی گونج
میری آہٹ سن کے جاگی سیکڑوں قدموں کی گونج
آنکھ میں بکھرا ہوا ہے جاگتے خوابوں کا رنگ
کان میں سمٹی ہوئی ہے بھاگتے سایوں کی گونج
جانے کیا کیا دائرے بنتے ہیں میرے ذہن میں
کانپ اٹھتا ہوں میں سن کر ٹوٹتے شیشوں کی گونج
رنگ میں ڈوبا ہوا ہے قریۂ چشم خیال
بام و در سے پھوٹتی ہے خوش نما چہروں کی گونج
جاتے جاتے آج امجدؔ پاؤں پتھر ہو گئے
ہاتھ پر میرے گری جب نرگسی آنکھوں کی گونج
