تری ہی شکل کے بت ہیں کئی تراشے ہوئے
نہ پوچھ کعبۂ دل میں بھی کیا تماشے ہوئے
ہماری لاش کو میدان عشق میں پہچان
بجھی ہوئی سی ہیں آنکھیں تو دل خراشے ہوئے
بوقت وصل کوئی بات بھی نہ کی ہم نے
زباں تھی سوکھی ہوئی ہونٹ ارتعاشے ہوئے
وہ کیسے بات کو تولیں گے اور بولیں گے
جو پل میں تولے ہوئے اور پل میں ماشے ہوئے
مذاق چھوڑ بتا یہ کہ مجھ سے کیا پردہ
ترے نقوش ہیں سارے مرے تلاشے ہوئے
میں تیرے شہر سے نکلا تھا عین اس لمحہ
ترے نکاح پہ تقسیم جب بتاشے ہوئے
