زخم دل کو کبھی اچھا نہیں ہونے دینا
میں تو دشمن کو بھی مشکل میں کمک بھیجوں گا
اتنی جلدی اسے پسپا نہیں ہونے دینا
تو نے میرا نہیں ہونا ہے تو پھر یاد رہے
میں نے تجھ کو بھی کسی کا نہیں ہونے دینا
تو نے کتنوں کو نچایا ہے اشاروں پہ مگر
میں نے اے عشق! یہ مجرا نہیں ہونے دینا
اس نے کھائی ہے قسم پھر سے مجھے بھولنے کی
میں نے اس بار بھی ایسا نہیں ہونے دینا
زندگی میں تو تجھے چھوڑ ہی دیتا لیکن
پھر یہ سوچا تجھے بیوہ نہیں ہونے دینا
مذہب عشق کوئی چھوڑ مرے تو میں نے
ایسے مرتد کا جنازہ نہیں ہونے دینا
