تم اس خرابے میں چار چھ دن ٹہل گئی ہو
سو عین ممکن ہے دل کی حالت بدل گئی ہو
تمام دن اس دعا میں کٹتا ہے کچھ دنوں سے
میں جاؤں کمرے میں تو اداسی نکل گئی ہو
کسی کے آنے پہ ایسے ہلچل ہوئی ہے مجھ میں
خموش جنگل میں جیسے بندوق چل گئی ہو
یہ نہ ہو گر میں ہلوں تو گرنے لگے برادہ
دکھوں کی دیمک بدن کی لکڑی نگل گئی ہو
یہ چھوٹے چھوٹے کئی حوادث جو ہو رہے ہیں
کسی کے سر سے بڑی مصیبت نہ ٹل گئی ہو
ہمارا ملبہ ہمارے قدموں میں آ گرا ہے
پلیٹ میں جیسے موم بتی پگھل گئی ہو
