بے وفائی ملی ہے اپنوں سے
ہے ملال و کلال آخر کار
کار گل ہوئی آخری کوشش
کر لیا استعمال آخر کار
پیار آیا نہیں ہے راس مجھے
بن گیا غم ملال آخر کار
چھو لیے لمس آج ہیں اس کے
کر دیا ہے کمال آخر کار
آخری گن رہا تھا میں سانسیں
پوچھنے آیا حال آخر کار
میرے اب کام کا نہیں جو تھا
دے دیا اپنا مال آخر کار
