Akhtar Ansari Poetry - Akhtar Ansari was a poet and journalist. He was born in August 5th, 1920. His complete name was Ayub Ansari and chose Akhter as his pen name. After partition of India, Akhter moved to Pakistan. He is known as poet and a journalist in a literary world.

He has worked as an editor of ‘Nasheman’ and ‘Mashriq, later for well-known literary journal named ‘Nai Qadrein’. He has also published his poetry collection and proses in different books, some of them are Kaif-e-Nau, Jam-e-Nau, Laab-e-Guftar, Akber Is Dour Main and Adabi Rabtey Lisaani Rishtey.
