آو رنگ بھرتے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم میں
اور ڈوب جاتے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم میں
مطمئن بھی ہوں لیکن ، کچھ ڈری بھی رہتی ہوں
واہمے بھی پلتے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم میں
بے شمار پھولوں میں ، کون سوچ سکتا ہے
خار بھی تو اگتے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم میں
چاہتوں کے موسم میں ، ابر بھی تو ہوتے ہیں
ہم بہت ہی روئے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم
اب تمہیں بتائیں کیا ، اب تمہیں جتائیں کیا
کتنے زخم پائے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم میں
چاہتوں کے موسم میں ، آگ کس نے بھر دی ہے
کیوں چنار جلتے ہیں ، چاہتوں کے موسم میں
یہ صدف حقیقت ہے پیار کرنے والے سب
