اک یہی دکھ مرے مرنے کے لیے کافی ہے
جیسا تو چاہتا تھا مجھ کو میں ویسا نہ بنا
ایک بات اور پتے کی میں بتاؤں تجھ کو
آخرت بنتی چلی جائے گی دنیا نہ بنا
جان سے جائیں گے ہم دونوں ہی تو بھی میں بھی
میں تو کہتا تھا میری جاں مجھے اپنا نہ بنا
یہ خدا بن کے رعایت نہیں کرتے ہیں وصیؔ
حسن والوں کو کبھی قبلہ و کعبہ نہ بنا
