ہر طرف پیار سے مہکی ٹھنڈی ٹھنڈی
ہوائیں چل رہی ہیں
ہر کوئی خوش ہے ہر کوئی اُداس
یہ سُونا پن اور سرد خاموشی
بس تیرے انتظار میں مگن
کہ کب ملن ہو میرا مجھ سے
یہ بس ہوتا تیرے آنے سے
جب میں اُس میں کھوکر خود سے ملتا ہوں
تو پھر سے ہم ایک ہو جاتے ہیں
وہ ملاقاتیں، راتیں، اور یادیں تازہ ہو جاتی ہیں
بس تیرے آنے سے،
وہ مجھ سے ملتا ہے اور میں خود سے
لیکن
ابھی تُو آیا نہیں
مگر
تیری خوشبو ایسے آرہی ہے
