میں کسی بو کی جلن پا کے خبردار ہوا
باغ کی سمت سے آتی ہے ہوا سہمی ہوئی
کون اس حبس کے موسم میں صداکار ہوا
اس جزیرے کی طرف سوچ سمجھ کر جانا
جو ترے موج میں آنے سے نمودار ہوا
تم کو لگتا ہے کہ آسان ہے دنیا داری
کار دنیا میں پٹا ہوں تو وفادار ہوا
اس بدن پر بھی مرا کام دکھائی دے گا
اور وہ کام کہ جیسے کوئی شہکار ہوا
اس نے ہر سوچ کی زنبیل الٹ کر رکھ دی
اور میں خواب دکھانے کا سزاوار ہوا
