کتنی باتیں جھوٹی تھیں اور کتنی سچ
جتنے بھی لفظوں کو پرکھا بھول گئی
چاروں اور تھے دھندلے دھندلےچہرے سے
خواب کی صورت جو بھی دیکھا بھول گئی
سنتی رہی میں سب کے دکھ خاموشی سے
کس کا دکھ تھا میرے جیسا بھول گئی
بھول گئی ہوں کس سے میرا ناطہ تھا
اور یہ ناطہ کیسے ٹوٹا بھول گئی zubair
وہ تو ملنے کو ملاقات سمجھتا ہی نہیں
ہم نے دیکھا ہے فقط خواب کھلی آنکھوں سے
خواب تھی وصل کی وہ رات سمجھتا ہی نہیں
میں نے پہنچایا اسے جیت کے ہر خانے میں
میری بازی تھی مری مات سمجھتا ہی نہیں
رات پروائی نے اس کو بھی جگایا ہوگا
رات کیوں کٹ نہ سکی رات سمجھتا ہی نہیں
