پتھر کا وہ شہر بھی کیا تھا
شہر کے نیچے شہر بسا تھا
پیڑ بھی پتھر پھول بھی پتھر
پتا پتا پتھر کا تھا
چاند بھی پتھر جھیل بھی پتھر
پانی بھی پتھر لگتا تھا
لوگ بھی سارے پتھر کے تھے
رنگ بھی ان کا پتھر سا تھا
پتھر کا اک سانپ سنہرا
کالے پتھر سے لپٹا تھا
پتھر کی اندھی گلیوں میں
میں تجھے ساتھ لیے پھرتا تھا
گونگی وادی گونج اٹھتی تھی
