Sultan Bahoo Poetry – Sultan Bahu, the unconventional mystic Sufi beyond thought confinements was a poet who wrote on matters which deliberately explained the truth in a rare and raw form. Unlike other Sufi orders, the Sarwari Qadiri tradition which the Sultan Bahu followed did not prescribe a specific dress code, ascetic practices, breathing exercises, but instead it focused on practicing mental exercises and the most concerned one for him was visualizing the word (Allah) as written on heart itself. Sultan Bahu, being a Sufi least believed in conventional, traditional or formal prayers and say;

But those who have found God’s Name in their hearts
Care not to fast nor prostrate themselves in formal prayer.
