شب و روز میں ماہ و سال میں
وہ کہیں بھی مجھ کو ملا نہیں
نہ فراق میں نہ وصال میں
گر کہوں تو جال سمیٹ لوں
فقط اہک موج ہے جال میں
اسے کیا خبر کہ میں خواب ہوں
وہ جو گم ہے میرے ہی خیال میں
