ہر بشر ہی نہال ہو جاۓ
یہ دعا ہے امن و اخوت کا
یہ نیا اب کے سال ہو جا ۓ
وہ جہاں میں وطن کا عروج ہو
آپ اپنی مثال ہو جا ۓ
رشک جس پر کریں ستارے بھی
وہ وطن کا جمال ہو جاۓ
وہ دیپ امن و آشتی کے جلیں
نفرتوں میں جو ڈھال ہوجا ۓ
نغمے ہر سو محبتوں کے بکھر یں
ایسی ہر سر و تال ہو جا ۓ
جو بسی ہیں دلوں میں عداوتیں
سال نو ان کا زوال ہو جا ۓ
جو بہار اترے میری دھرتی پہ
وہ سدا لا زوال ہو جا ۓ
ہر در و بام ہو معین شاداں
ایسا خوشیوں کا سال ہو جاۓ
