سورج کی روشنی نے جب ساتھ نہ دیا
ایسے میں اک دیا سے ملاقات ہو گئی
شب کی سیاہی آن لگی اپنے مکان سے
اپنی رفیق کار سے پہچان ہوگئی
دو پل کی دوستی تھی چھوٹا سا سفر تھا
بس یونہی باتوں میں بسر رات ہوگئی
اپنے لئے جیتے ہو اوروں کےلئے جینا سیکھو
اک مختصر سی دوستی پیغام دے گئی
