غزل چکھ کے دیکھ اِس دفعہ مختلف ہے
سنو ! تم نے دنیا پھری ہے پرندو
یہ تنہائی کیا ہر جگہ مختلف ہے؟
صدا کام کیسے کرے گی یہاں پر
گلـی تو وہـی ہے گلـہ مختلف ہے
ہماری تمہاری سزا اک نہیں کیوں؟
ہمــاری تمہاری خــطا مختلف ہے؟
تم اب تک منافق دلوں میں رہی ہو
میرے دل کی آب و ہوا مختلف ہے
وہ روتے ہوئے ہنــس پڑا اور بولا
خــدا آدمــی سے بــڑا مختلف ہے
