OBJECTIONS

Poet: JIBRAIEL JACKSON SHAMS By: JIBRAIEL JACKSON SHAMS, ISLAMABAD

I object those, who laugh at others,
Though of those defects, they are also carriers.

I object those, who punish those, who steel,
Though they haven’t provided them once the meal

I object those, who don’t worship,
But when indulge in trouble, ask for help.

I object those, who don’t try,
But claim to say, it should be mine not thy.

I object those, who object me,
Because they can’t see the way I see.

I object those, who are proud of wealth,
Because many wealthy have lost this strength.

I object those who object beloved’s disloyalty.
Though they are also disloyal secretly

I object those, who object those, who have aim,
Though they can’t dare to be aiming of fame.

I object those, who don’t say 'sorry'
Though they mind when one doesn’t record apology.

I object those, who spend life aimlessly,
Though they believe that won’t get secondly.
