Every night forgive, forget and self-evaluate
Drop in the bin- sorrows, fails and hate
Thoroughly rinse your heart, mind and soul
Not a single depressing thought, you ought to hold
Rigorously scrub away every single grudge
Meticulously, everything, you should judge
Rid off all those who gave you pain
Flush negativity down the drain
Let the positivity enter through window
And spread it over your pillow
To the mind it would creep
While you're sound asleep
The pearls of love you found today
Tomorrow you also have to give them away
Assimilate every single lesson of the day
To be helpful for you, on your way
Pray for those whom you love- even for those whom you don't
The devil residing inside you, need be stoned
Apologies and promises never should you delay
And the fake worries, must be tossed away
Your soul will be blessed with tranquility
While your mind will find serenity
