What are words?

Words have power.
words describe our excitement and feelings,
words help us think thoughts.
Thought makes us think about life.
why do we play with them?
We are spendthrifts with words,
We squander them,
Words have energy
with the ability to help,
to heal, to hurt,
to humiliate
Words can make the world a sadder
or happier place each time they are spoken,
And often time in memory,
A word can never be recalled,
It remains forever said,
Words are always alive,
no word is ever dead
So Be careful of the words you say,
"it's up to us,
To see that what we speak each time,"
We can change our world by changing our words
Words are singularly
the most powerful positive
force available to humanity.
Keeping them short and sweet,
makes the world a better happier,
and more peaceful place
